Thank you for participating in the last phase of Lakeland Vision’s Make Your Mark program.
If you were not able to participate in the Vision Open House this is another opportunity for you to cast your vote for Lakeland’s future!

The survey that you are about to complete contains 136 strategies for making Lakeland the best that it can be in the coming years.
Your job is to select FIVE of those strategies that you believe are most important to the future of Lakeland.
You may want to read through the goals and strategies before you begin so please feel free to download a copy of the draft vision document.
One survey per person, please. Duplicates will not be included.

At the end of the survey you will have an opportunity volunteer to get involved with the implementation phase of the vision.
Please don’t forget to include your contact information so Lakeland Vision can contact you when the implementation begins!
