Goal Writing Workshops

On October 27 and 28 two public goal-writing workshops were held. Stakeholders and interested citizens were invited to come to the workshops and spend the evening focusing on a topic of their choice. Participants worked in facilitated small groups to review all of the ideas related to their topic, refine goal statements, and recommend potential strategies to help support the goal. Over 90 citizens participated in the Goal Writing Workshops. The collected input was later reviewed by the Lakeland Vision Steering Committee and edited for clarity and consistency.
